   No. We are an informational website and model directory to help you on your path to modeling success. If you are looking for an agency, please review our agencies page.
2. How can I get started as a plus-size model?

3. I am under 5'8". Is there any hope for me?
   Not in the fashion world, unfortunately. "Under height" models may find success in acting or commercial modeling. Inquire at your local talent agencies.
4. Why are plus-size models so small?
   Most clothing companies manufacture one of a kind garments called samples. Samples are not only used as a basis for production, but are what is worn in most photo shoots and fashion shows. Therefore, models must be the size of the sample clothing or smaller. Samples are generally cut no larger than a size 18.
5. I need a photographer in my area. How do I find a good one?
   Please either visit the PlusModels photographer directory or our discussion board and ask for advice in the Photographers Lounge.
